Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, order verification and payment return process for VPNDJ subscription services. Before paying, please also read the Terms of Service and Plan Details. The refund commitments on this page define the applicable terms.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to provide proof of connection issues or explain why you used the service. Submit a ticket through the user panel within the refund window and keep a record of your submission so the request date can be verified.

The window starts from the time of your first successful payment. It is not reset by installing a client, connecting for the first time or downloading a subscription. Renewals, upgrades and subsequent orders on the account do not reopen the first-payment refund window. If your request involves multiple orders, specify which orders should be reviewed so each can be checked separately through the ticket.

Eligible Requests and Additional Checks

Within the window above, you may request a refund due to your experience, device configuration or a change in your needs without giving a reason. This policy sets no deduction rate or usage threshold for data already consumed. Normal connections, downloading a client or using some of your data alone will not change a full refund to a usage-based calculation.

Ordinary requests made after the refund window are not covered by this page’s no-questions-asked full-refund commitment. Duplicate credits, duplicate refunds, mismatched order ownership or an unusual payment status should be checked against the transaction details first to avoid processing the same payment twice. If an account is flagged for excessive usage or a suspected breach of the Terms of Service, the ticket should specify the relevant records and basis for the decision; a flag alone is not grounds for a deduction.

Data packages never expire; this refers to the validity of unused data and does not mean that a refund is available at any time. Whether an order falls within the first-payment refund window should be verified against payment records. The remaining balance of a data package is not, by itself, a basis for that decision.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request by ticket. Include your username, order number, payment time, amount and payment method. No email address is required. Where possible, submit the request from the account associated with the payment so the account and transaction can be matched.

If the order status differs from the actual charge, you may attach a redacted payment receipt, showing only the transaction details needed for verification. Do not send your account password, full subscription link, payment password or wallet private key. If more information is needed, reply to the original ticket to avoid splitting the record across multiple requests.

After verification, the ticket should state the order outcome and refund progress. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that payment end. If you want to keep other orders, identify them in your request to avoid confusion.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. When the original payment channel supports refunds, Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are returned through the original payment route. If the channel cannot return the payment directly, the reason should first be explained in the ticket and an available option confirmed with the requester. You should not be asked to pay an unrelated account to obtain a refund.

USDT involves an on-chain transfer and cannot be treated as an automatic reversal of the original transaction. Before processing, the original transaction, network used and receiving address must be checked, and the return details confirmed in the ticket. If fees or other channel restrictions apply, the proposed handling should be explained first. No fee should be assumed, and the refund asset or route should not be changed without confirmation.

Checking Refunds and Resolving Disputes

Arrival time depends on refund verification, payment channel processing and on-chain confirmations. This page does not promise a fixed processing time. Ticket acceptance, refund initiation and receipt of funds are separate stages. Check the payment account or relevant transaction record to confirm the final outcome.

If a refund has been initiated but is not yet visible, reply to the original ticket with the order number and the latest status, so the return receipt and channel status can be checked. If you disagree with the outcome, you may also request a review in the original ticket and identify the order or records to be checked. Do not submit the same refund request again or provide sensitive information unrelated to that order.
