Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNDJ handles personal data across its website, user panel, and subscription services. It applies to account management, billing, service delivery, and support. Third-party payment pages and external websites visited by users are not covered; please consult their respective privacy policies for details on their data practices.

Account and Order Data

VPNDJ does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password, and an email address is not required for registration. The account system processes usernames and password verification credentials to identify accounts, maintain sign-in sessions, and control subscription access. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

This service stores plan selections, order amounts, payment status, subscription entitlements, and summarized data usage to confirm delivery, reconcile balances, process billing, and handle refunds. Support ticket content is used only to address the issue submitted by the user. Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription links that can be used directly.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics

VPNDJ follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing histories, request bodies, or communications, or create records that link an account to its browsing destinations. Summarized data usage is used to calculate plan consumption and does not include a list of websites visited.

Temporary states generated while a connection is active are used only to maintain sessions and troubleshoot connection issues; they are not retained as long-term connection histories. Runtime states are released when a session ends. Temporary information needed for troubleshooting is deleted once the issue is resolved, without keeping a complete connection timeline or history of source addresses. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are managed as support ticket information.

Website Analytics and Security

Website analytics help assess traffic sources, page views, and entry-point clicks on marketing pages. They may involve page paths, referring pages, browser categories, and device categories. These statistics relate to use of this website, not activity on subscription routes, and should not include passwords, authentication credentials, or complete subscription addresses.

To identify abnormal requests, limit abuse, and address access errors, website services may process technical information such as request times, error types, and network addresses. These records are managed separately from subscription browsing activity and retained only as needed for security response, then deleted or de-identified once the matter is resolved.

Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies or browser local storage are used to maintain sessions and save sign-in credentials, language preferences, and essential interface states. If browser identifiers are used for analytics, they are limited to analyzing visits to this website and are not used to read communications on other websites.

You can manage this information by signing out, clearing this website's data, or changing your browser settings. Clearing local storage may sign you out or restore default preferences, but it does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. After using a shared device, sign out and clear sign-in information saved by this website.

Third-Party Payments and Data Boundaries

VPNDJ supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. This service shares the order information required to complete a transaction and receives reconciliation details such as transaction identifiers and payment results. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Payment providers process transaction information under their own policies. Except where needed to deliver the service, perform necessary technical processing, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations, this service does not share account details with unrelated third parties. Data access is limited to what is necessary to fulfill relevant responsibilities.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account details are retained while account and subscription services are provided. Support tickets and diagnostic materials are kept until the issue and any necessary review are complete. Order records are retained as needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Once the relevant purpose no longer requires the data, it is deleted or de-identified; not all data is kept indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account details. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be deleted. If information must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved order, the reason will be explained. Deleted information in backups is cleared as backups rotate, and deletion requirements continue to apply when backups are restored.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes or data scope will be explained through a website announcement or panel notice. Where separate consent is legally required, a way to confirm consent will be provided before the relevant processing begins. See the Terms of Service for related service rules.
